Alexander Safety (Training & Consultancy) Ltd’s Health & Safety Management Systems are based upon the common principle of plan, do, check and act (PDCA). This system is recommended by The Institute of Occupational Health & Safety and is the same framework of several management systems, e.g. Quality Management ISO 9000 and Environmental Management ISO 1400 series.

Continual Improvement: proactively increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
